Well konnichiwa little beer, we have a Saison du Japon from Hitachino Nest. I love the red wise owl motif and the JP initials of one of my cousins.
From the Hitachino Nest website:
Saison du Japon is brewed with a local wheat and koji (malted rice) which is a vital ingredient to create sake. This beer has a uniquely sweet flavour of rice koji and a natural acidity caused by the fermentation.
